• Customers can choose to arrange their own transport or request our team to coordinate with our partnered transporters.

Delivery Timeline

• Shipping timelines vary based on location, order volume, and transporter availability.

• Standard delivery timelines range between 5 to 12 days depending on the destination.

• Urgent or priority shipments can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

Shipping Charges

• Freight charges are based on distance, weight, and type of goods transported.

• Customers will be informed of transport charges before dispatch.

• Any additional charges such as unloading, handling, or local entry taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the buyer.

Liability & Insurance

• Once goods are handed over to the transporter, Lenador Impex is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss during transit.

• Customers are advised to opt for transit insurance for added protection.

Receiving & Inspection

• Upon delivery, customers must inspect the goods immediately for any visible damage or shortages.

• Any issues should be reported to the transporter and Lenador Impex within 24 hours for resolution.
